We use privacy-safe analytics (page views, CTA clicks, form completions) to understand what is useful. No names, emails, message text, or payment details are ever sent. See how we use data.

Data use

How BPM handles your data.

A plain-language summary. The canonical statement lives on Trust & Privacy.

Submissions

Contact, question, and resource submissions are stored privately for review. Email is never shown publicly. Public credit only appears with consent and a chosen display name.

Analytics

We track privacy-safe events such as page views, CTA clicks, form starts and completions, and product card clicks. Raw question text, resource notes, names, emails, phone numbers, and payment details are never sent to external analytics.

AI

Where BPM uses AI, it supports structure, drafting, and analysis. Outputs are reviewed before publishing. Sensitive client material is not sent into general-purpose models.

Resource library

Items in the public library are only shown after moderation and source verification. Unverified or pending submissions stay in admin review.

What we don't do

We do not sell submission data, we do not pipe form text into ad networks, and we do not guarantee revenue, customers, rankings, AI citations, funding, or legal/tax/medical/investment outcomes.

Your analytics choice

Analytics only run after you accept. Until then Google is loaded with every consent signal denied and Amplitude is never initialized. You can change this at any time.
